Refund Policy

Refund Policy for pulsevita.store

We understand customer satisfaction is important. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we’re here to help.

  • We offer refunds for eligible orders.

  • Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days after approval.

  • As we operate a Cash on Delivery (COD) model, refunds will be issued to your bank account or UPI ID once verified.

To initiate a refund, email us at help@pulsevita.store within 48 hours of receiving the order, with photos of the issue.

Note: Refunds are not applicable for change of mind or minor packaging damage.
